Accessibility arrangements- Babylon software makes every effort and takes all necessary means in order to provide the public in whole an equal, respectable, accessible and professional service.

In accordance with the Law of Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities-1998 and the regulations established pursuant to it, many efforts and resources are invested in making the necessary accessibility adjustments that will provide people with disabilities services provided to all customers, independently and equally.

Website accessibility– An accessible website is a website that allows people with disabilities and senior people to use its services with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as others. According to a study conducted in 2003 by Microsoft, approximately 20 to 50 percent of the population encounter difficulties while using the Internet and may benefit from more accessible Internet content.

Babylon software believes in, and strives towards equal opportunities in the Internet for people with various disabilities and those who require assistive technology while using computers. Pursuant to Babylon software viewpoint according to which all people should have equal opportunity and accessibility to service and information, Babylon software sees great importance to adapting its site with accessibility. To this end, the company made great efforts in turning its website into an accessible website, to allow people with disabilities to use it comfortably.

• This website meets the requirements of the Regulations on Equal Rights for People with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013.
• The accessibility adjustments were made according to the recommendations of the Israeli standard (TI 5568) for content accessibility on the Internet at level AA and the international WCAG2.0 guidelines.
• The tests were conducted for the highest compatibility for the following browsers; Chrome, Firefox and Explorer 9 or higher.
• The website provides a semantic structure for assistive technologies and support for the accepted usage pattern for operating with a keyboard using the arrow keys, Enter and Esc to exit menus and windows.
• The website is optimized for display in common browsers and for use on cell phones.
• To get the best browsing experience with screen reader software, we recommend using the updated NVDA software.
